Honda Repair: 1991 Honda Accord is overheating and leaking anti freeze, antifreeze coolant, coolant lines

My accord is overheating and it's leaking antifreeze/coolant after I refilled it twice in one day. While it's idle the level stays cool but when I'm driving it goes to the hot before I get to the next block what's the problem and is it something I can fix myself at home with my dad?

Hi Chris , easy solution to this is to change your thermostat and if the problem still exists then check all your coolant lines for leaks, if no leaks found and you still are losing antifreeze then its probably your water pump. Cost about 40.00@ Auto zone and Advance auto.Thermostat will cost around 8.00 as well. Let me know the results
