Honda Repair: honda civic 2001 parking lights, honda civic 2001, burning fuse

my honda civic is burning  fuse  for driving lights i check  the relay and is good also   unplug the lights on rear harnes and still is burning the fuse please help.

are they after market lights? if so they might just be wired up wrong.

if they are stock driving lights a problem could be water in the lights that are causing it to short out. very simple to fix. just unplug the bulb from the backside and use a hair drier to dry out the inside. also make sure the bulb is the right size. check at a local auto parts store to see which one is needed. a book with the correct size can also be found in any Walmart automotive section. if the problem consists after these measures are taken, i would take it to a local certified Honda shop where they can trace all the wires and check them with a volt meter to see if anything is grounding out.
