Honda Repair: decarbonizing, 1989 honda crx, vacuum hoses

Question
hi, i Seafoamed my 1989 Honda CRX Si.  Sucking the Seafoam through one of the manifold vacuum hoses.  I followed the directions correctly. Now, after starting it up, i hear a tapping/ticking noise coming from the top end.  Its quite loud, it can be heard of inside the passenger compartment.  The noise is constant through-out all ranges of the RPM and gets more frequent as rpms increases.  This happened right after i started it up with seafoam - soaking the intake/combustion chamber.  I pulled each plug to see if the noise would disappear but it still remained, but not as loud.  I also pulled a spark plug and started it to see if any pieces of carbon would fly out for each cylinder, but nothing came out.  Disconnected each injecftor suspecting it was injector noise but noise was still there.  Engine runs fine/smooth but that noise is very annoying, even sounds damaging.  I also tried using more seafoam, pouring it through the spark plug holes and still, the noise exists.  Also, tried water through one of the vacuum hoses and nothing, noise still there.  What could be the problem?  Piece of carbon so large it cannot exit throught the spark plug holes?  So large its just bouncing about and making a racket?  any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

Answer
check all the valve clearances, carbon comes off bottom of valve and resets the seats, sounds like a loose rocker off the cam, check all gaps and adjust to proper settings. go to www.hondahookup.com for more info its all free to honda enthusiasts
