Honda Repair: 96 honda accord ex wont start, fuel pressure regulator, compression stroke

Question
I have a 96 honda accord ex which will not start. I have spark and the fuel pump is working. I have not checked the fuel pressure regulator yet. I was able to start the car twice today and upon shutting the car off, it would not start up again. Would you know what else is wrong? I've checked the timing on the crank and cam and the marks line up at tdc on compression stroke. I've check the distributer along withe the ignition coil and it has the proper resistance. I'm at a loss at this moment.

Answer
yes i have a clue three little letters E C U, Check all the sensors on the engine especially the main harness plugs from ECU to the ENGINE on both the drivers side by the brake booster and passengers side next to the top of the shock. could be injectors not working or blocked?  Write back if nothing happens
