Honda Repair: 1991 Honda Accord 2.2 code 43, oxygen sensor, o2 sensor

The car starts and runs fine until it warms up then it struggles,missing and loss of power until the check engine comes on then it run good until you turn the key off and it re-appears with the next start up. Please help...I don't understand what happens to make it run good once the check engine light comes on. The only code is 43.

code 43 is the o2 sensor code.  Most likely have a problem with the o2 sensor.  The reason it runs better after the light comes on is because the computer is running off its presets instead of the information from the oxygen sensor.  Replace the o2 sensor and see what happens.  Its either in the exhaust manifold or under the car in the pipe before the flexpipe.
