Honda Repair: Mutliple Problems (91 Accord), electrical malfunction, lamp light

Question
This car has a large number of problems, but mostly I'm just working on identifying them right now.

A problem with the window rolling down. It's probably the track but might be the window is warped some. Not sure how likely the latter is though.

When first starting the car, the RPM's bounce around from 1000 to 2000 like the car is being rev'ed by something. Unknown problem.

There's a vibration during breaking that I have been told is the rotar.

The speedometer dies, S-Light comes on, and Check Engine comes on too. You've said before this is the speed sensor. I have already purchased this and only need to replace it. However some of the following might be related to this. I don't know which are though.

The odometer isn't keeping track of mileage 95% of the time.

During coasting, the car sometimes can't make up it's mind what gear it should be in, seems to bounce between two when around 30 or 40. 1000-1500 RPM's is what it bounces around at.

The car won't shift until 3250 RPM's. This problem hasn't occurred in a short while but a minor solution was to enter sports mode and it would shift SOONER (3000 RPM's)

Then there are a few other problems that I have no clue what the cause of them is. There seems to be dragging when coasting on occasion, as opposed to a smoothe maintaining of speed.

The break lamp light comes on and there is a single light in the back (far right) that is having some sort of electrical malfunction. It's the newest bulb on there as I replaced it about 6-12 months ago, and it's almost always working but occasionally won't for a short period of time. The malfunction is causing the break lamp light to stay on and I was wondering if there is anything I can do to fix this.

There is a noise that occasionally happens that sounds like a rock hitting the wheelwell except it's always the same pitch and sounds like it's coming from the far back of the car, but a friend riding with me says it's actually coming from the front. Suspected problem is suspension, but no real clue as it's quite inconsistant.

Tobias:
You will have to remove the door panel to see what the problem is with the window, once you see you will either buy parts or fix it with what is there.
The idle problem could be caused from a vacuum leak.
Generally a vibration during braking is the rotor, have them turned or replaced along with new pads.
I would check the speed sensor; I believe that could be causing several problems you describe, speedometer, odometer and shifting.
The dragging could be caused from a problem with the brakes and sticking calipers.
Check the socket where the bulb goes for the rear brake lamp. Make sure it is clean and making good contact. Other than that check for a short in the wiring.
The noise in the front could be from a bad strut. Make sure it is not coming from the tire by rotating the tires and see if the noise moves.
You certainly have your work cut out my friend. I hope this was is of some help to you.
Good luck.
