Honda Repair: 92 Accord code 8, 43, fuel pressure regulator, vacuum leaks

On pass weekend the Distributor was changed It is link oil very bad the part under warrant. The light still on. I changed the gas filter today did not help. The car is runing good, but can feel litter vibration when it start. How to check fuel pressure regulator and vacuum leaks?

The check for vacuum leak and fuel pressure regulator are too lengthy to get into here, but you should be able to purchase a repair manual for about $18 at an auto parts store and the procedure to check these things are in there.
