Honda Repair: buying a honda, decent shape, periodic maintenance

Do you think does it worth to buy a honda civic98, that have 150 000 miles on it.

I love Honda's and would not have a problem buying one with 150K miles on it. I would have a mechanic check it out to make sure everything is in reasonable shape. I can't say you won't have any problems with it, but as long as you do periodic maintenance on it will last (provided it is in decent shape now). I had a 1989 Accord with about 230K miles when the transmission went out and my son has an 87 with 260K miles and it's still going. You should be able to get price on it.
