Honda Repair: Honda Accord Air Compressor, 91 honda accord, honda accord

Question
I have a 91 Honda Accord.  I just recently had my timing belt and put a new water pump in.  Now my air is not getting cold during the day.  At night it gets very cold.  I took it somewhere and they said i need a compressor, but someone told me that if it was blowing air, that it may not be that.  i just spent 600 bucks now they want to charge me another 650.  Should i get a second opinion or does this sound right?

I would take it somewhere else and get a second opinion. Just because the air is blowing really has nothing to do with needing a new compressor. You may be low on Freon since you are getting cool air at night and that should only cost about $100 to have recharged.
Good luck.
