Honda Repair: rear window, crank handle, arm rest

My wife's 95 Civic has a rear window (manual crank) with the window off the track. I can probably figure out how to get it back together if I could only figure out how to get the door panel off without breaking anything.
Any advise?

The window crank handle comes off by pulling the clip that holds it on. You need a hook to grab the clip. There should be screws holding the door handle, arm rest and speaker, the panel itself will have clips that will need to be pried off with a screwdriver.
