Honda Repair: 1994 Honda Civic, honda civic, wiring harness

Yesterday I had a flat repaired at a shop an now my tail lights are on contunious, so while I am drving there is no diffecence to the light when I press on the break pedal. I only noticed this after I had to jump my car last night after the batt. was drained any ideas.

YOU MIGHT HAVE TO REPLACE SOME FUSES OR THE LIGHTS ARE GROUNDED OUT SO CHECK ALL WIRING RUNNING TO THE TAIL LIGHTS AND ON THE TAIL LIGHTS THERE IS A LITTLE BOX ON THE WIRING HARNESS THAT WILL LOOK LIKE A LITTLE RESISTOR BOARD SO CHECK FOR ANY FRYING OR BURNT RESISTORS ON THAT.
