Honda Repair: Ignition Problem 1986 Prelude, prelude 2, relay control

Question
I have an 1986 Prelude, 2.0 L fuel Injection.
The problem is that the car turns over but will not start.  I checked my spark plugs and I am getting spark, I jumpered out my Fuel Bypass Relay and my fuel pump runs.  I'm getting fuel at my regulator, when the key is turned on. When I hook up my Relay, the pump does not run.  I tried just bypassing the relay but the car would not  start.  Does the relay control more than just the fuel pump? And am I missing something else?

Answer
Hello before you make it to difficult let try a couple of things. First remove one conector from a injector. Do you have a test light? Check to see if you have a pulse. Hook to ground and probe the wires . It should light up when key is on. Then hook up to power . Test the other wire when cranking the car. It should flash. If it dose then computer is geting a signal from the dist. I have found shorted injector can cause no flash. So try un pluging all injectors. Plug in one at a time while cranking. Good Luck  let me know how it goes.
