Nissan Repair: Nissan Murano, mass airflow sensor, nissan murano

My Nissan Murano '06 starts up, but then sputters off. Tried to jump vehicle numerous times & does not help. Gas tank is full. Any inkling as what the problem could be? The car has been towed to my house & is stuck here. Thank you.

The codes need to be recovered with a scanner to be sure.  But, it could be as simple as a bad fuel pump or mass airflow sensor.  I am only guessing since I do not have the codes.  You can obtain a scanner from the parts store and read the codes.  Email me back and we'll go from there.
