Honda Repair: shaking, brake rotors, shimmy

Whenever a drive over 50mph and brake, my car shakes and shimmies.  What is causing it?  brakes?  tires?

Sounds like your front brake rotors need to be resurfaced. Also it is a good idea to replace the front brakes while you are in there.
It is possible the shimmy is coming from the rear, but 95 times out of 100, its the front brake rotors out of round.
