Honda Repair: Civic Drivers side mirror, civic cx, side mirror

The mirror has been broken off on the driver's side of my 96 Civic CX hatckback.  I have ordered another one (with the internal manual adjustment lever).  Can you tell me how to remove the remains of the old one and install the new one?

To remove the mirror, you need to remove the black cover on the inside of the door by pulling on it. It has a few clips that hold it on. Then unplug the old mirror, unbolt the 3 nuts and there you go. Install the new one.
Note: You may need to remove the door panel to acess the the last bolt that holds on the mirror. I never do but it is not easy to get to.
