Hyundai Repair: 1999 sonata, multifunction switch, switch assembly

the turn signal lever on my 99 sonsta came off and is just kind of hanging there. not sure if it broke or came loose.help me

Hi, John.  Unfortunately, the light switch is broken.  You'll need to purchase a new one.  To replace, simply remove the three screws in the bottom of the steering column cover holding it and the upper cover in place.  Once you've removed the column covers, you can unscrew and unplug the light switch and slide it out of the multifunction switch assembly.
