Land Rover Repair: Windows Sunroof,Mirror not working, 12 volt, correct voltage

Thank you very much yes I do have power to the switch / blue plug  I also checked the rear windows they also will not operate . BCSM?

Question -
I have the same prolbem all of the  fuses are good and I have 12 volts at the Fues panal but at the blue conector/plug I only have 6 volts is that the correct voltage and would you say the switchs or panal need replaced the mirros work when shifted in to reverse 1999 4.0

Answer -
Maybe the multiplexer communicating with 6 volt signals I don't know the outstation tastable with diagnostic equipment.
But you can check at the blue connector's number 1 wire (purple-blue coloured wire) there must be 12 volt directly from the Body Control Unit's F1 fuse (10 A).

And the number 6 black wire must be ground.

And the ground is OK too?
Take off the right hand side seat panel, and you will see BeCM. At the front left corner of the BeCM there is a 20pin black connector.

Take off the ignition, pull out the key.

At disconnected connectors:
Check the light green wire to panel's Light-green for contiinuity, with Ohm meter. Resistance must be under 100 ohm.
Check the Orange-green wire endings, and the red both endings too.

Check for short-circuit for each other, or ground, or battery positive.
