Hi, Saif.  Most frequently, an extended cranking time is due to fuel pressure bleeding off while the vehicle sits.  In this case, you may also have a misfire due to a lean mixture, causing the fuel odor you cite.  Unless your warranty period has expired, I'd recommend taking the vehicle to your local Hyundai service center for warranty repairs.
