fuel isn't flowing through fuel injectors but it is flowing through the fuel rail

Answer
This indicates that either the engine control module (ECM) is not firing the injectors, there isn't enough fuel pressure to fire the injectors, or the injectors are completely clogged.  The first scenario is by far the greatest likelihood, so we'll investigate that first.  

-- When the ignition key is turned to the "on" position, does the check engine lamp illuminate for five seconds?
-- Are the spark plugs being fired?  You can check this by removing a plug wire from the spark plug, installing a spare plug in it, and laying on the valve cover.  When the engine is cranked, it should spark.
-- Remove the distributor cap and have an assistant crank the engine.  Does the rotor turn?
