Hyundai Repair: p1154 H02S & power steering leak 2002 Hyundai Sonata V6, 2002 hyundai sonata, fuel injector cleaner

Question
Hi!!!  I took my car in for a check engine light, they gave me these codes, how do I correct the problem? Some one at auto zone told me to add add higher octane gasoline and add some fuel injector cleaner, I did all that but the light is still on! Help!!! How much will it cost and where are the things located (sensors)??? Also I noticed that my power steering fluid is leaking, from the passenger side, I located the leak starts at the bottom, there appears to be no clamp, would one fix the leak???

Answer
Hello Edna,

P1154: Transition time problem O2 sensor bank 2 sensor 1.
This code shows that the upper O2 sensor on Bank 2 (Radiator side) which is located on the exhaust manifold is reading and responding slow. Make sure factory campaign has been performed on your vehicle by calling a dealer and asking them if your car has any open recalls. Replacing related o2 sensor usually fixes it. But Check engine light should be cleared with a scanner after repair has been done.
For the oil leak, if it is coming from rack&pinion it should be replaced. If it is  coming from hose and there is a missing clamp then installing a clamp might fix the leak..
