Hyundai Repair: My turning signals dont work., hyandai elantra, hazard switch

Where do I find the location of the flasher for my 1998 Hyandai Elantra. I can not seem to find it. I have already recieved a ticket for not having turning signals. Please give a girl a hand. Thanks

The flasher is in the relay center behind the left side of the dash and in front of the engine control module (ECM).  The flahser unit and the hazard switch are the two most common failures.  In fact, cycle your hazard switch on and off a couple times to see if the turn signals (or hazards) start to work.  If so, the problem is definitely in the hazard switch.
