As soon as I put the fluid in the fill thing and start the motor the fluid runs out onto the ground.  How do I fix it.

Answer
You'll need to do a visual inspection to see where the fluid is leaking out.  If you have a 4wd model, you may need to remove the under engine cover to see the problem.  You'll want to inspect all the power steering lines, the power steering pump, the rack, and all the connections.  Once you find the leak, you'll need to replace (or, in some cases, repair) the component that's leaking.  Most frequently, the problem is one of the power steering hoses.
