Hyundai Repair: Open (unlock) passenger door (98 Accent), door latch, rh

Question
We can be all over the RH door, inside and outside handles, but it will not unlock. It sounds like it unlocks electrically when unlocking the driver door but it doesn't. I suspect that the latch is stuck and is not moving up out of the latch striker.
Any suggestions? Thanks

Most likely, there's a problem with the latch itself preventing the door from unlocking.  Often, one of the latch springs breaks, causing the latch to not operate properly.  You'll need to remove the door panel to check, but plan on replacing the right door latch.
