Hyundai Repair: 01 sante fe P0720 output shaft speed sensor, airplane manufacturer, shaft speed

Transmission shifting bad, occasionally sounds like it jumps into third or second while driving- the engine light comes on- so I had a code reader give me the p0720 code. I've rebuilt many cars, engines- I  build airplanes for a living at a very large airplane manufacturer- how hard is this thing to replace?

You'll be able to handle this.  Replace the output speed sensor.

You'll need to remove the air box to access.  The output speed sensor is on the rear portion of the top of the transmission.  It'll probably be partially obscured by the wiring harness running across the transmission, and it'll be attached with a single 10mm bolt.
