Hyundai Repair: Programing keyless remote for 2002 Hyundai Sonata, 2002 hyundai sonata, hyundai sonata

I recently purchase a new keyless remote for my 2002 Hyundai Sonata. Although, it came with directions it list every possible system without clearly stating which one was mine. I thought about taking it to my dealership, but unfortunately they are no longer in business. Can you provide any assistance?

To my knowledge, this keyless entry system is programmable only with the dealer's scan tool.  You'll need to locate the nearest dealer to you and take it in for programming.  

The system can accomodate a maximum of two remotes.  If you have two remotes, the dealer will need both at the time of programming.  The system will be cleared of all previous memory when the programming is done.
