Hyundai Repair: 2006 hyundai sonata radio removal, 2006 hyundai sonata, hyundai sonata

Question
I would like to remove the factory radio to get to the speaker outputs, and see if there are line level outputs without tearing up the dash to get it out.

Answer
You'll need to remove the trim strip that runs across the dash from the steering wheel opening to the passenger door area.  There will be two screws attaching it inside the glove box.  Along the rest of the length, it will unclip.  Once that is off, you can unscrew and remove the two switches on either side of the radio and then unscrew and remove the radio itself.
