-----Question-----
My wiper move fine, but fluid doesn't spray, and the fluid is full. Is there a fuse for this? or i'm guessing the motor/pump is probably broken.
-----Answer-----
Not knowing your year and model, I can't be sure, but on most vehicles the same fuse controls the wipers and washer.  If that's the case, it cannot be a fuse.  If you don't hear the pump running when you activate it, suspect the washer pump.

Answer
It's not complicated.  It snaps into the bottom of the reservoir.

If the pump doesn't run, you've got about a 98% chance that's the problem.  Since the wipers operate when you attempt to activate the pump, you know the switch is good.  That leaves about a 2% chance it's wiring or something odd.
