Hyundai Repair: PLEASE HELP: 1998 Hyundai Sonata Question, hyundai sonata, simultaniously

I just recently bought a used 1998 Hyundai Sonata. The clock on it
is about 1 hour and 24 minutes fast. Just to the right of the clock
are 3 small buttons: H, M, and R. I figured these stand for Hour,
Minute, and Reset. However, I have attempted all possible
combinations (Holding R, then pressing H and/or M ,, Pressing R
and H and/or M simultaniously ,, etc.) but have not gotten the time
to change.

I was wondering if their is possibly a trick I am missing. If so, what
is it? If not, what could possibly be the problem and how do I get it
fiixed?

Unfortunately, you're not missing anything.  Your clock is broken.  Short of replacing the clock, the only thing you can do is to disconnect the battery (or pull the clock fuse) and see what time the clock resets to.  Once you have that information, you can do it again at that time and the clock should be accurate.
