Hyundai Repair: Replacing Brake Lights bulbs in Hyundai Elantra 2001, hyundai elantra, little tug

I need to know how to replace the brake light bulbs in my hyundai elantra 2001.

There are trim panels in the trunk at each end corner of the trunk near the tail lamps. There may be a philips screw holding the panels. Remove the panel or panels first. You should find three 8mm nuts holding the light to the body behind the pannel. remove the nuts and then the tail lamp will come away from the body of the car. It may take a little tug or a little prying with a screwdriver but it will come out. The bulbs can now be accesed by twisting the sockets counter clockwise. Re insatllation is just the opposite of the removal.
