my elenta was making a k turn while making it the car began to shack and almost stall is this a timming belt issue

NO this is binding the front end so tight in a turn is all,unles the motor stoped running then you might have a problem but as a long as it is running everyting should be ok,now the timming belt is do at 60k an if you dont do it an it breaks you will break alot thing in that motor
