Isuzu Repair: 1990 Izuzu pickup truck, vacuum lines, throttle cables

Question
It does not matter whether my truck is cold or hot...... when I start it, it runs as if I have my foot on the gas pedal to the floor. I have replaced all vacuum lines that I can see and it still does the same thing. Any ideas???
Please HELP???????

Answer
Surging sounds like a faulty choke system Jim. I would check to make sure your throttle cables are not bound up also. I would double check the vacuum lines as well as the EVAP system and your EGR/heat riser valve. If this did not help you please let me know and we will go from here okay Jim?
