Answer
Hi there,
I am having ther same problem on my 1998 F150. I canot seem to find it either. There is a brace accross the top of the system and i can't get under it, Yet1 The 2 arms are held together with a pin, but not necessarily a cotter pin. I am not sure of the name of the pin but there is one. the 2 rods should over lap each other. if you go to 4x4wire and type in your question, they will direct you to a diagram in most cases. Do you have a chilton manual book. that is where i got most of my info for my Trooper. They are somewhat specific depending on what the prob. is.
Anyway, when I get mine fixed i will let you know. Email me at stromainchef@4wheelingplus.com with your year rodeo and I will look in that book for you.
thaks and sorry I was not more help, derek
