Hi Vincent,
Fuse #6 pin #4 supplies power to the fan relay by a green wire. The relay is mounted just to the side of the header tank and the fan switch is mounted in the top of the header tank with three screws.
The power from the fuse box (green wire) goes to C-2 on the relay. C-1 goes to the fan motor by a black w/green tracer wire. W-1 on the relay is the trigger wire (black w/red tracer) that goes to the switch in the top of the header tank.
