Jeep Repair: My Sunroof..., jeep cherokee limited, check alignment

Question
Hello, I have a 1998 Jeep Cherokee Limited 5.9 and my sunroof is leaking. I understand that this is a common problem, however I've already blew air through the lines and you can see the water coming out of them, yet the leak persists. When looking at the top you can see on the passengers side in the back corner of the sunroof there is a small piece of the weather stripping missing, however the leak began only on the drivers side but now has gotten so bad it's wet the entire surrounding area of the sunroof. Do I need to replace the weather stripping or do you think it's possibly something else? And if it is in fact the weather stripping where can I go about getting it because I've looked locally and they said I'd need to seek out a Jeep dealership?

Answer
if the seal is replaceable call a dealer parts and see.
