QUESTION: Actually, I did get the  motor to turn with a 9 volt battery but when I hook it up, the doors still not move?
Any nsuggestions?

Answer
does it move when u have it hooked up and turn the dial?  it also might have shut down that side if the control head has seen that it is out of range and it will turn off that actuator.  undo the batt for 30 seconds then reattach  once that is done the motors will go back to  relearn mode. Can u also move the door with your hand?  if not  then what ever u did for the repair last year and damaged something.
