QUESTION: well, today I got the call from the dealer and the pcm module is down. The dealer has to order a new control module and reprogram it. The repair is going to cost 890.00 dolars! Im going to write a letter to Chrisler about this problem. Ive read in the internet blogs that this is happening to the Libertys, Comanders and Wranglers too. thanks for your help.

Answer
U personally are the first one that I have run across with this issue.  I work at the dealer  and I am level 4 tech and have not seen this. The deal with the blogs  u are only getting the people with that one issue  and it may look like a lot of people have the same issue  when infact only a hand full out of the millions of jeeps sold might have the issue.
