Jeep Repair: check engine, grand cherokee laredo, engine coolant temperature

QUESTION: when i scan my  car ,it always say water temperature   high at  the  entry ,but i don't  know  what  means...i replace  a new fan relay  ,new thermostat sensor, new thermostat, new water  pump  .

ANSWER: what is the code number  and what kinda jeep is this?

QUESTION: my  car  is  a  99 grand cherokee laredo 4x4 4.0 v6 in line. the problem  really is  engine coolant temperature circuit  high input ,like i told  you i changed alls, new radiator,fan relay,thermostat,sensor,and water pump...thanks

P0118-ECT SENSOR VOLTAGE TOO HIGH

When Monitored and Set Condition:
P0118-ECT SENSOR VOLTAGE TOO HIGH
When Monitored: With the ignition on and battery voltage greater than 10.4 volts.
Set Condition: The engine coolant temperature (ECT) sensor circuit voltage at the PCM
goes above 4.98 volts for more than 3 seconds.
POSSIBLE CAUSES
SENSOR GROUND CIRCUIT OPEN
ECT SENSOR SIGNAL CIRCUIT OPEN
ECT SENSOR SIGNAL CIRCUIT SHORTED TO VOLTAGE
WIRING HARNESS INTERMITTENT DEFECT
ECT SENSOR DEFECTIVE
PCM DEFECTIVE


this is what I wanted to know   why did u replace the water pump and fan relay,and radiator?
