QUESTION: although I was receiving power to the harnesses the horns still didn't work, but still how do I check and or find the horn switch or clock spring is this an easy process to do I need to take it in to the dealer?

Answer
the horn switches are in the wheel and the clock spring is behind it   I doubt u have the special wheel puller inorder to get the wheel off to replace the clock spring  or U will snap the wheel in half.  SO a dealer should check it out for u and get u the right answer.
