How do you change the license plate bulb on a 2002 Jeep Liberty Limited

REMOVAL
NORTH AMERICA
Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
Reach through the opening in the rear bumper fascia between the license plate and the lamp to access and firmly grasp the socket on the back of the license plate lamp unit housing (License Plate Lamp Bulb Remove/Install - North America).
Pull the socket and bulb straight out of the back of the license plate lamp unit housing.
Pull the bulb straight out of the license plate lamp unit socket.
