Jeep Repair: Many issues, jeep sport, vac line

Question
I have a 99 jeep sport and afraid to take it into a dealer fear of getting rip off because I don't know anything about cars. 1.  I have an oil leak near the front and smokes constantly.  2. when i turn my air on, now i need heat the belt is extremely loud.  i use to able to turn on and off a few times and it would stop. now, it just screams all the time.  3.  it takes a while before the air/heat comes out of the correct position.  especially my defrost.  4.  when i try to turn a sharp sharp right or when i turn my steering wheel hard it likes it jumps.  5.  when i hit 60/70 mph it starts to shake real bad.  I'm trying to get ready to send a child to college and do not want a new vehicle.  should i reconsider my quest and look for a new one.  thank you kindly if you respond and do you know anyone in Memphis?

oil leak  i cant do anything about.
belt noise  more then likely need a belt.
air part  I would say vac leak or check valve on same vac line is bad.

do u have a 4X4 for the steering?
and shaking  could be bent rims or tires out of balance.
no i dont know any one in your area  I am about 3 hours from u.
