Jeep Repair: Grand Cherokee Electrical, amp fuse, grand cherokee

Question
Dear Kevin,

I own a Grand Cherokee 2000 with a 2002 engine after the "old" one died. I am experiencing multiple problems. First, the reverse lights are always on. Seconldy, my turn signals quit working, I checked the fuses below the steering wheel and found a 10 Amps blown, replaced it and it would blow again as soon as I turned the AC on. Replaced it again with a 15 A and blew it too. Finally I replaced it again with a 20 A which held up, but now I have the "air bag" light on constantly. Help please and thank you in advance.

Answer
ooo geee  u messed up in 2 ways, First u put a bigger amp fuse in then what was suppose to be  so u may have created a bigger prob that u started out with. The fuse that goes in there is there of a reason and thats to protect the system from going higher then the amps needed  so if the amps are higher  they take out stuff that the fuse was designed to protect . This will need to go to a shop and be prepared to pay some money for this. If u live near ATlanta I would help u out as much as i can.
