Jeep Repair: 99jeep, altinator, air filter

99 Jeep Grank Cherokee loosses power if traveling over 65mph. Fine for driving in town but when I get on the highway and try to go faster, engine seems to lose power,

Well your jeep can have one of three peoblrms.  One is your altinator is dieing or that your fule filter is cloged and it can also be that your intake it cloged.  Get a new air filter and if it still has the same problem get the fuel fillter chaged and if they dont work get a new altinator.
