Land Rover Repair: Initially car stall then not start.

American 1995 Discovery I, -- changed plugs, modulator, coil and pick up coil -- still will not start.  No Rover Dealer here(Anguilla British West Indies). On Board Diagnostic showing no code.  Fuel pump runs constantly.  Had some problems with door locks sagging.  I'm in trouble with this car.  A million thanks, (do anyone want to visit me in Anguilla and stay with me at my Villa for a nice Caribbean vacation? Do you have spark?  If not, in a 1995 truck, I would swap the engine ECU if the ignition components have been ruled out (distributor, coil, amp).  You can find them used.

I'd look real close at the ignition first though.  Rotors burn through.  Coils fail.  The pickups in the distributor quit. The amps fail.
