Land Rover Repair: REAR BRAKE DISCS, wheel nuts, brake shoes

Question
I fitted rear brake discs and pads to my Discovery 3 (2006 model with electronis parking brake).  The New discs were quite tight to get on but I used 3 wheel nuts and tightened them in rotation and that pulled the disc in tight.  When I was finished the brakes appear to be sticking and I can't move the vehicle.  There are what I presume are brake shoes inside the hub part of the disc.  These must be too tight against the inside of the disc.  How can I adjust these shoes so there is more clearance between them and the hub?

Answer
You need to align the hole in the disc with the adjuster unit for the hand brake shoes.  I would suggest you take it to a Land Rover repair shop to have the parking brake set properly as otherwise the parking brake shoes, discs and other components can be destroyed.  The set up is quite involved.
