I have a 02 Range Rover I am unable to start my car The car cranks but will not turn over The OB2 scan states something with the security system

Answer
Try putting the key in the driver door and turning it to lock while pressing and holding the lock button.  Then turn it to unlock and press lock at the same time.  That should reset the security.  If that fails you will have to tow the vehicle to a Land Rover specialist who has a T4 or Autologic to talk to the security system.  OBD II scanners can't do that
