Land Rover Repair: Landrover freelander 2002, landrover freelander, 95c

Question
My landrover freelander 2002 was just serviced. After the service when I want to start the car it blows the fuse 15amp. sometimes I can drive for 3-4days then it happens again. last saturday it got so hot in the engine room that the hood open, (holder) almost burned my finger.
I also noticed that the fans was not cooling/or running.
Sorry for the confusing first question.

Answer
Well, in summer the underhood temperature is about 200F or 95C, so it's no surprise the hood rod burns your finger.  You will have to check all the loads on the 15A circuit that blows to see what is causing the problem. Teh fans are not on that circuit but they could be impacted.  You can find wiring diagrams and service info at www.landrovertechinfo.com if you want to chase this yourself but it could be tricky unless you have the tools and training
