Land Rover Repair: 1990 Range Rover County, radiator heating, heating and air conditioning

Question
I have a 1990 Range Rover County.  My AC nor heater will work.  I have put in a new radiator, heating coil, thermostat and have changed out all the hoses.  The blowers work, it's not the coldest of air in the summer, nor the warmest in the winter.  Do you know what else may be the problem?

Answer
The heating and air conditioning are separate systems.  The heating problem could be due to a blocked heater matrix or blendflap problems.  The A/C could be any number of things.  It is just impossible to diagnose without looking at the car.  A common failure, however, is the thermostatic control switch.
