Land Rover Repair: discovery 4 speed blower swirch, speed blower, fan switch

My 1996 tdi has no blower or air con working.Ihave checked the fuses and are all ok.Is the blower motor and air con controlled by the 4 speed fan switch which seems to be loose, or are they not working due to a faulty relay.

The only way to answer your question will be to begin taking the dash apart and measuring voltage at different points.  If you have power into the switch but not coming out, that's your problem.  If not, you have to keep moving down the wiring diagram till you find the break.
