Land Rover Repair: 1997 Land Rover, piston ring, air suspension

I by passed and ran the pump straight to the battery tocheck to see if it worked. It Did work
however, it is not operating normally...shouldnt it make the air bags to work.
I ran the pump for 20-30 minutes and the air bags did not pump up.

Please let me know, what my problem is.
Should the bags be replaced?

for a little history...the vehicle had flipped over at one time and the bags were dine then.

the compressor should fill the tank in about 10 minutes, yours probably needs rebuilt:

the pump doesn't directly fill the airbags.  If the ECU has a fault lockout in it, the codes will need to be cleared before it will go back to normal operation.  You can download free software here:
