Land Rover Repair: brakes, pressure switches, dash lights

Question
Hi,i have a`94 range rover, lost all pressure to the brakes. Dash lights are on,will not go out. Fluid level is normal, haven`t seen anything on the ground.Brakes travel to the floor, will not stop the truck. All pads were replaced abour eight months ago, with the rear calipers. Checked the ABS fuses, all good.Have any idea what`s going on?Thanks

Answer
The brake pump has probably failed.  YOu can see the pump under the hood in front of the brake reservoir.  If the pump is not running check to see if it has power.  If not, you will need to get the wiring book and trace the power flow back through the relays and pressure switches.  It runs on demand - not all the time.

It's also possible that the pump has burnt out, or the accumulator has failed.
